Universal Sompo — unethical delay in claim payment

This is regarding claim no.. Cl17006657, lodged at jaipur office on dated 24.4.2017. The aforesaid claim was settled on dated 9.11.2017 as intimated by the claim manager jaipur through email. However, my vehicle which was auctioned by the jaipur office and all the documents and keys were handed over by me on dated 20.11.17.
It is also commentable that i have regularly mailed to jaipur branch manager and contactclaims o[censored]niversal sompo even though i don"t have received reply neither from jaipur office nor contactclaims.
Please look into the matter and make necessary arrangements to release funds at the earliest.
