I was not able to contact him too. I was waiting at the place they mentioned right from 10.00 clock. As no GPRS was available I m unable to track either Who is responsible for this? I want my money to be refunded. I attach all the proof. The number of attempts me and my fellow passenger was trying to contact customer care. The same happened to 4 fellow passenger.
