Regarding : Books Distribution issue with an exceptional situation

I am working an employee and working in one of the BPO company. Due to the unforseen circumstances I have been transferred to Visakhapatnam for work. Since I am visiting my native once in two months.

So, I have been requesting to provide my MBA 1 Year books on Monday 6th Feb 2023, to Mr.Afsar (Mobile:[protected] he is the one taking care of Madras University Distance Education admissions and other things in Mazharul Ul Uloom College, Ambur-635802

Distance of Visakhapatnam and Ambur travel timings is 18hrs max since I am requesting my book has to be provided as soon as possible.

This is unforeseen situation but the center facility person is not understanding my situation and denied to give my books.
