Respected sir /madam I am a student of m. Sc second year (Department of geography). My second year registration date was 14th may. I can not complete my second year registration for my critical illness. I already told to my kolkata study center but i am not received respons and reply from study center. Also i am calling to all university number but not recieved any one. I am faild to contact. I already sent mail to university all mail id but no reply. Please help me for my registration. I am ready to pay penalty charge. But i can not destroy my 1 year. Please help me. Study center name : institute of advance studies (Kolkata. West bengal) My first year result was good. Sir kindly if possible to pay for registration fee ofline or online and any other mode of payment with late fee and penalty, i am willing to pay immediately. Please help me.. I received only convocation certificate but did not received Original degree certificate .Called so many times no replies.Please help
