Dear sir, i have completed my bba in 2013, (Distance education) enrollment id:a8101uba6901, however, i have not received the degree certificate till date. Received mark sheet only for 2nd and 3rd year, did not receive for 1st year. I have been travelling from hyd to chennai multiple times in past 3-4 years and everytime i visit the university. They ask me to pay the tuition fee again. I paid fees multiple times including convocation and provisional fee. I request to please look into this matter urgently and issue the above mentioned certificate at the earliest. Alternatively, please provide me information on where to collect the same in person.
