I have been following up with the university for issuance of transcript required for my permanent residency application to canada but no one is responding on calls and emails. The person attending calls just disconnected the phone when i introduced myself to him as an ex-student of the university seeking help for issuance of transcript. Such incident from an established and reputed organisation like rajasthan university is highly demoralising.

I as an ex-student of the university who has lot of faith in the organisation's system still feel that this was a one-off incidence of irresponsibility in the personal capacity of the concerned employee which does not have any relation to the overall functioning, virtues and system of the organisation. Request an intervention from the higher authorities to resolve the problem.
