Unknown Person — Regarding Fraudulent Online Transaction

Dear Sir / Madam, I Mr. Jignesh Bhanushali having current A/c in Cbd Belapur Navi Mumbai Branch, And my A/c number is[protected], in the name of M/s. Malani Developers. I was having a debit card for the same account and the debit card number was [protected]. Now on 26/10/2015 from 5:50:19 am to 6:19:30 am a total sum of Rs.29, 749.66/- withdraw from my A/c from 9 different transaction using my debit card detail. I had attach the scan copy of the statement showing the transaction detail. On 26/10/2015 after this fraudulent transaction immediate i Visited the bank and given request to hotlist the my debit card. On my request the manager hotlisted my dedit card. After hotlisting / Blocking the debit card on 26/10/2015, Again on 04/11/2015 the another fraudulent transaction debited to my A/c Amounting of Rs. 10, 355.33/- Around 4.38 pm. I had also attach the scan copy of the statement showing the transaction detail. Immediately once again I visited the bank to inform about the transaction. How can anyone use my debit card detail after hotlisted / blocked on 26/10/2015 ?. All this fraudulent transaction is happened in abroad, I had never visited any country outside India.And also I do not have a Passport till Date. I had already given the complaint on 26/10/2015 for the fraudulent transaction to Cyber Cell of Navi Mumbai, copy of the same given to the Branch which is also attached to you. My branch is also following up with this matter but they need a Police FIR To proceed further, till date I had not received the FIR. I strongly refute the both days transaction Dated 26/10/2015 & 04/11/2015 And request you to take up the matter with acquirer bank and get me the refund of both days fraudulent transaction amount.
