I have paid for my domain and hosting since 29th March 2017 and, my service is still not working. i have attached the invoice as a proof for the payment. I am trying to call everyday and their answer everyday is by the evening the domain will get initiated and again in the morning i have to call them. the customer service is also very bad. they kept me on hold for half an hour and they had no sence how to talk with their customer who are paying their fee in advance. its not that we are paying the fees after taking their service.
