I raised an issue on crystal report on 20th Sept 2018 and the ticket id is 352915, still they have not solved the problem. Because of this delay i am loosing my customers. I got replied from their end says that there is a problem in coding as below,
Kindly contact your developer and ask them to modify your crystal report.

I have replied that, Previously it was working fine.Code modification is not done at developer end. So there is no chance of error in coding. The error comes since last 15 days only.
Even though they are blaming me for the issue. Kindly take the necessary action to solve this issue, there are many unhappy customers, raised the issues
