Up Board — 10th and 12th certificates mother's name correction

Dear ma'am/sir,

My mother's name is "ramkali" but in 10th and 12th certificate it is mentioned wrong i. E. "ksli" in 10th certificate and "kali" in 12th certificate. I want correct or replace it with this name "ramkali"

Passing year: 2001, 10th (U. P. Board) and 2003, 12th (Up board)
Exam: 10th (U. P. Board) and 12th (Up board)
Date of birth: 27/09/1985
Father's name : keshav das
Mothers name: ramkali
