Up Scholarship — belongs from 'general' quota so not received scholarship but verified by district scholarship committee.

My name is akash chandra s/o balbir chandra, my registration number is [[protected]]
I am student of galgotia college of engineering and technology greater noida (U. P) affiliated from a. K. T. U lucknow uttar pradesh.
My scholarship form all data is correct and also recommended and verified by district welfare committee on 19/01/2020 at 16:49:49. But did not received my scholarship from up government yet and i also called to help line no., they told that i belongs to general category and there is no fund available for general category. When i ask the question to him regarding my scholarship they cut my call. I already took education loan from bank as i belongs to a poor
Family but still wants to study higher. And back some days condition of my house is not running so good as i have no money to spend on my expenses and my father also depends on my scholarship. So i decided to raise a written complaint to respective department and i hope they take necessary action. Because up govt. Already announced to fee reimbursement. Please make it clear as soon as possible as i really need it.
