Up Scholarship — I have not receive my scholarship

Hello dear sir, my name is mohd sajid and i'm a 4th year student of galgotia's college of eng and tech greater noida. i have not recirve my scholarship yet my all the documents are verified and forwarded by all the departments. but my present status is showing" rejected by bank through PFMS ".
