I am a resident of, g. M. S road, dehradun uttarakhand. I have a complaint about this area's electricity board
(Center: niranjanpur)
Electricity trouble & unnecessary power cuts, is a big problem in this area & if we try to enquire by calling to niranjanpur by dialing [protected], they keep the reciever of the phone (Handset) on hold, & people listens that "the number is busy".
If we call to the call centre by dialing 1912, the executive says that we don't have any update, we will inform you if we get any update (But they never calls back) Was this information helpful? | 
No body is concerned, call center people say they dont have any idea or information about these power cuts.
One can imagine, how much are these power cuts causing us people to suffer.
We as consumers are paying huge amount as bills, atleast we should get basic services.
A humble request to the concerned authority, There should be another alternative line available. You are requested to please take prompt action as early as possible.
We, the entire strech of G.M.S. Road request you to kindly solve the issue.
