I have paid my electricity bill on[protected] forrs.5776 /-, the amt has been debited from my account with transaction id i n-v1936790-u but the recpt has not been generated. I have paid to bsnl for recharge of prepaid mobile through gateway billdesk on[protected] rs.220/- the amount of rs 230/- including your charges has been debited to my account including your charges but the rechatge has not been received. I had deposited my electricity bill on uppclonline website of rupees 1584 and the amount was debited from my account but the final payment receipt was not generated and bill is not paid . So how can I get my money back or refunded.

I am resident of faizabad in Deokali area .. by two days no electric supply is here in our houses..

From the last mouth the electricity meter fitted in my house is not functioning properly. It is not displaying the reading due to which it can cause large amount of bill ( more than required).

This has also cost us a lot of money in repairing the metre but the same problem comes again. I would like you to take proper action as soon as possible. Or else I will have to see higher authorities.
