Please note that this subject shipment was sent on Monday 17/08 and we are on 28/08 with no news on this shipment and there is no proper tracking available for this either. I understand if a couple of days here and there is possible due to the current scenario, but this shipment has been dispatched from Jaipur 10 days back. Now I do not know what to tell my client who is the consignee. The content is fabric masks and our client needs it SOONEST POSSIBLE due to prior commitments. When I call your customer care, they pick up the call after me being on hold for 30 minutes and they tell me they do not know when it would be delivered. This is terrible service.

After making several mails and telephone with Erica & Dishant still the refund not made to the said Amex Every time they said it's not possible to refund and generate a fresh Invoice in favour of Ramayana Handicrafts.As far as my understanding it can be done.So my humble request you to
Just refund Euro 30.92 to Amex Card Account and raise a Invoice to us in the name of Ramayana Handicrafts vide A/c No.11630V. So then we can make the payment again.
We have an issue with RBI for this Import matter. Get some advice from Senior authority and sorted out.
Please suggest something.
Though its been DDP mode courier..but we paid the Import Fees Online through Amex Card.
As we are facing issue from RBI for payment made through Amex Card for Import payment.
So we asked you please refund the said payment to Amex Card and generate a Invoice against our Account No.11630V.
We will pay the same amount immediately.
