[Resolved]  UPSRTC — Online smart Card Payment Issue

Please check my issue. I applied for online Smart Card and did payment for that. payment has been cut from my account and i got server error on UPSRTC website and Process failed. I have been Contact to Atom Technology Third Party Payment Panel and they given me following detail and suggested to Contact UPSRTC-MST. I have been Contact to UPSRTC and sent mail but they did not response. see below detail which I got from Atom Technology: Dear Sir, Thanks for writing to us.
