I was on the way to open my trading account with upstox...they took the account opening charges which was about 293 rupees..after that I proceed with the next formalities each and every time I do all the the steps correctly but they reject my application during verification...and never give the reasons for that..it's been 20 days they are not replying any of my grievances mail also... pathetic service and costumer service..so I don't want to continue with upstox and want my money back.
