My sony bravia led tv had display issue. I hired a technician through urban clap. Technician took my t. V for repair and returned back in two days as per his assurance. However, when he left from my home i noticed the t. V display wasn't fitted properly from left side post that i called the technician to come and check but, he never turned back stating unnecessary excuses.

Updated by atiwar4 Booked another technician as advised by Urban Clap. He confirmed, the previous technician broke the side locks of t.v and cant be fixed now. Pathetic, i need this fixed..

Updated by atiwar4 Wow..my problem has been marked as Resolved and even I am not aware.. what a cheat... Two days back again a rep called have explained entire scenario (this was 5th time) i was explaining & then again same promise will call in the evening..since then nothing has been happened & no body contacted.. and guess what after reading this somebody will again contact and will again have to explain it.. seems like you people doesnt even log the complaint.. this is big Cheat and this is going to be escalated now to hire level in Urban Clap
