Urban Company — refrigerator damaged

Urban clap service guy "asad khan" fixed our refrigerator in july, 2019 and charged 2749/- and after 3 months, the refrigerator had broken again and is making loud noise all the time. When i spoke to them some case manager "priyanka singh" said they cannot do anything as it is out of warranty now. I paid almost 3k for like 3 months. I logged a complaint in urbanclap regarding refrigerator repair. One technician Mr. ASHOK attended and replaced the part and told me that it takes time for cooling. Next day I called and informed that 50% of cooling problem is solved but water leakage has increased. He told he will come and see but even after calling yen number of times he is not picking the phone.
Waste of money and time in urbanclap. At least if we call from some repair shop we can go and fight but hear no chance.
I paid 851rs. For the repair
