Urban Clap Company - I haven't received money refund for Cancellation order - Termite Control. how we can contact customer care o[censored]rban Clap as didn't found their customer care email id.
I canceled my booking and, booked with other professional, but still my refund is pending from more than 12 days. Even they have no customer care no. Thats amazing.
I booked a service for bathroom cleaning it was canceled by your professional i got a message on 2nd November that my refund for Rs 1297 has been initiated but after 16 days also i have not received my refund.
I booked a service for waxing and due to some reason I had to cancel the booking of Rs 998, on 17th March, 2021, after which I received a text read 'Dear Customer, your amount Rs 998/- has been initiated for refund. It will be credited back to you within 7 working days.

As we have to go out at 10.00 am, The time was selected 8.30 am in the morning for cleaning fans. The person from company did not turn up till 9.30 am. Now ww want to cancel the irder as it is very late.
