I Had booked a Ac service on february 23rd 2022 and the professional washed outdoor with water jet pump and the coil got completely smudged and damaged and I checked with professional and he told that it wouldnt be a problem. Now dayby day the cooling got reduced and now there is zero cooling...
I raised a complaint on 11 th may ragarding the same and I received a call and customer support person told that a technician would visit on 13th and do the repair.
Yesterday, a profesional came and I clearly explained them the issue and informed them to change the part and do repair and fill the gas and then raise a ticket to your company for the bill and they would pay the bill to you on our behalf and he told he would come back in 2 hours as he didnt nitrogen cylinder and asked me to reschedule for sunday and he went away and now the professional changed and now one came till now and I called the new professional assigned and he says he would not be able to honour the request and raise a ticket.
Today I raised call request twice and botha the times, I receieved a call from your cuatomer care persons and they arent givinh appropriate resolution and they are just informing that we will help you accordingly.
No reponse or help from company
