Issue : After onsite AC repair, I was asked to make additional payment, which I agreed to and was willing to do but was unable to do as no option was provided for payment by credit card. (Same option taht was used to make initial patient at the time of booking the service)
Have lodged complaints with the company, customer service head and finally the promoters/founders/CEO, but unfortunately, there no resolution has been provided. Customer service team had called only to ask me to make payment in cash, but unable to provide the same option through which the company has accepted the initial payment.
Sent screenshots and even video recording to the company, but still resolution has not been provided.
Request you to please have this resolved through someone, perhaps they'll listen to you.
If you have any email id, can forward the emails sent to the company.
