Urban Company sold an Insurance last digits: 41208 for registered number 74XXXX1528.
However they are not even responding to claim on warranty now. Repairs are not done. When asked for an option to escalate, the call center says there is no policy of escalation. While trying to chat, the chat team just does not responds. Its been a wait from 27th Aug.
As per technician, UC says its between him and us as customer. He needs to collect money from customer. When its warranty, then its UC who need to get repairs done. Which is not the case here Was this information helpful? |
