I'm writing today to complain of the poor experience I had with the Complete Kitchen Cleaning Service booked under the Bathroom and Kitchen cleaning option for 19 October 2022, 2 PM.
The Professional that was assigned for the service came 1hr 15min late and brought an "unknown" person along with him to the site claiming he was there as a "helper". The details of this so-called helper was nowhere mentioned on the app.
The professional assigned asked for "additional" money to clean the complete kitchen even though the "complete" kitchen service was booked. The details of these add-on charges were also nowhere mentioned in the details of the service included in the app.
At last, the professional even connected me with a customer care representative who was very unprofessional and did not give proper answers to my questions and hence, was unable to resolve my query.
As of now, I have cancelled the service and am waiting for a refund.
I'm most disappointed by this particular experience with Urban Company which was not at all expected. I trust this matter will be escalated further and appropriate actions will be taken to prevent such issues in future. Was this information helpful? |
