I had purchased appliance warranty plan on Feb'22 for a Daikin AC. That AC stopped working on 6th Jul 22. I had raised a claim under warranty on the same day. App stated our team will call you back in 30 mins. But god only knows when that 30 mins will come. Worst part is there no option of contacting Customer care directly, it is that they will call you as per their leisure & you have to wait. I am raising claims intermittently since last 3 days daily but still no response. My AC is as it is. Horrible, frustrating.
When i didnt get any response i just booked AC repair service on 8th Jul 22 & the repair guy arrived in an hour. When i asked it is under warranty he was clue less obliviously.
I cancelled the service & got a cancellation charge of 49 Rs. I raised a refund request for this RS 49. To justify cancellation charges is applicable as i cancelled, i have received 3 calls on the same day. Even today morning also i received a call.
But no update on warranty claim.
Its height of fraud. Dont go for Appliance warranty SCAM by UC. Was this information helpful? |
