[Resolved] Urban Company — Professional not assigned as per cm availability

Since 19th aug afternoon i have booked for salon work at 4.30pm. without intimation rescheduled for 22nd Aug, when i checked i rescheduled for 20th 9 a.m as it is showing availability in their website.but again they did not assign and rescheduled to 21st aug 1 pm. They don't have any direct no. To reach. The employees who are in chat session totally unprofessional.when i asked for compensation they denied when i asked to connect call to senior they said there are no senior.False promises made i was asked to check classic option if in prime professional not available.they are not fit for cm service being such a reputed brand.worst experience for 2nd time.need appropriate action against that employee who said their are no senior to whom I can talk but I listened behind their clappings are going on. My call was put on mute and nobody answered.total harrasment by sanjana bhatt
