[Resolved] Urban Company — repair of my fridge | |
On 6th april rohit ([protected]) engineer from urban clap came and changed relay of my fridge.in 10 min he was out of house. He didnt check much and said its resolved. While reconnecting he disconnected my stabliser too. When i called same day he said connect after three hours. But when i tried connecting thru stablise even next day fridge wasnt working he asked me to let it work directly as my voltage was stable and there is no need for stabliser. After a couple of days my fridge started same issue, he came after 2-3days of followup as it was ubder 3 months warranty. This time again within 10 min he declared pcb is faulty. Said now nothing can be done by uc it has to go to whirlpool. He promosed refund of 990/-. Its been more than two weeks neither has he given refund nor is he answering calls I want my refund immediately Was this information helpful? | |
