I am writing this email regarding a complaint about the washing machine. I am continuously forwarding complaints on app helpdesk but the problem is not getting resolved.
There was an issue of power in the machine, it may be due to loose wiring. Red light in front of the machine was very low.
Your technical person doesn't have knowledge upto the mark. First visit was done by Shuail Ahamad, he didn't know the actual fault in the machine but took the PCB with him for repairs even though he didn't know how to close the machine door. I helped him out to close the machine door.
Now the second technical person is named Iqbal SIngh. I didn't know what he did to the machine, now my machine takes 4.30 hour time to complete the washing instead of 1.30 hours which was the normal time period. Machine taking water at the time of drying the clothes. When we start using a woolen washing process, still facing the same problem, we have to go one step ahead to complete the washing process.
Kindly get the repair done properly, as I had paid an amount to get the mahnice of Rs. 2, 569/-. Now it is covered under warranty, as per your policy. Now kindly get the machine repaired as earliest possible.
