[Resolved] Urban Company — request to take action against the ac mechanics who came for service through your website | |||||
My name is kannan my mobile no is [protected]. I am residing at 35/5 welcome colony Annanagar west extension. Our neighbour namely jagadeesan who is residing at 35/9 welcome colony Annanagar west extension booked for AC repair through your website. 2 AC mechanics came and filed gas in the AC Unit and went back. After one day we had complaint in our AC and not cooling. Hence we called our AC mechanic he came and checked. We have noticed that in our AC no gas and also noticed that there is no closer nut.and it was removed by that mechanics. The nut was fixed into our neighbour's AC unit. Hence we request you to take appropriate action against that AC mechanics who came through your website on 07.06.2019 Was this information helpful? | |||||
