Had a booking on 10dec.[protected]@2:30.. Spoke to d concern person @2pm.. Providing the address details.. Provided them the alternative no. As well if at all m not reachable to d registered no. Without any information without any further contact my service was cancelled... @4:10 wen i am writing this complain i am yet to get any mail confirmation on d cancellation of service. I had booking at 8:30 am but I get message at 7;30 apologizing for their delay. And when I check back my booking it got cancelled. Ppl will be having commitments. What if they cancel like this. If they don't have enough staff for the selected slot they shouldn't allow to book the slot
