I have a membership o[censored]rban Company, which was supposed to provide me benefits. But now for last two bookings that I've made. One around 13th May and the other for 27th May, THEY KEPT ME WAITING WITHOUT EVEN INFORMING THAT PROFESSIONAL WON'T COME. THIS HAS HAPPENED TWICE, I KEPT WAITING AND PROFESSIONAL DIDN'T CAME. THEY STOP PICKING MY CALLS.
As a customer, i prebook a service because I have availablity in that slot. Am I supposed to wait for hours for the service and do nothing? If I need a service one day, they can't just say at the last moment that they'll arrange another one after a day when I've been left with no backup.
This experience has been extremely disappointing. And I don't think I have received a proper compensation. I never got the service as well. Was this information helpful? |
