I needed my washing machine to be repaired. Raised a request, the engineer came, took the PCB board and then started quoting false deadlines. After a lot of back and forth he returned it. And it stopped working the very next day. Raised a request again as they have a 30 day policy. The same guy came again, said that it can't be repaired but took the board with himself and then started with the same thing, ignoring calls, giving false deadlines. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR A MONTH. Something that was supposed to take 3-4 days, it has taken a month. They still have the PCB with themselves. The engineer had said that he'll return it on 1 st September, it's 10 today. I tried to call him from a different number and he said that he's busy and will return it on 12th. This is pure harassment. The customer care number of the company doesn't work, the only way to contact them is through a chat option on the app which them don't reply to. I know for a fact that he'll not repair it. I SIMPLY WANT THEM TO RETURN MY PCB BOARD ALONG WITH MY MONEY SO THAT I CAN GET IT REPAIRED ELSEWHERE. Was this information helpful? |
