[Resolved] Urban Company — Two Air condition damaged during service

I called to Urban Company to air condition serviced. Two A/C, one split and one window on 25 April, 2022.
They are not good at all, quality and service both are poor.
They damaged pcv panel of split a/c same day, washed the outer unit from distance due to that pcv panel got damaged, they did repaired pcv panel of my new a/c, not provided warranty .
2. Window a/c compressor got damaged, they want to do some jugadh to compressor with putting a plastic part of it, which is clearing looking that will not work for long time.
They upfront denied to replace under warranty, which they claim while taking order.
Also request to check the service quality in attached photographs.
Requested many time for call back but they dnt brother to call, attached the screen shot. Even if we call on helpline, that number is busy 24/7.
They want to add plastic part of compressor (photo attached).
The promised to provided replacement under warranty till 10, 000 per unit. attached screen shoot
I need compensation for both a/c. Need replace compressor and pcv panel.
