On Sep 6th I booked for a AC repair and a deep clean service.
Technician named venkatesh was assigned for Sep 7th and he came and checked the AC, he mentioned that some issue at the board, it has to be repaired.
When I asked how much and when it will be done, he told that 1200 around only will come and it will take 2 days time. I said ok.
Until 11th there was no phone call from him, then when i tried calling him thru the urban company app, he told to get a double booster stabilizer and he is on the way. he instead that he will bring a good one and to purchase from him i repled, i have already got one.
Sunday evening he was supposed to come, he did not turn up. and when i gave a compaint in UC app, they told monday 0430 he will be viisting your place and the same the technician also told.
When I tried reaching him around 0500 pm, he did not even answer my call the entire monday.
I gave several complaints to UC, they opening a ticket and without resolution they are closing it
On 13th When tried to reach the technician he told today at 1245 pm definitely he will come to my place, when i call him at 1245 he said by 0315 then it became 6 and then he texted that he will come by 0815 for sure.
Post that I tried more than 50 calls. his number was in waiting or he is disconnecting and not answering my calls.
Again I raised a complaint with UC, they not even responding,
I told the first day, Its by baby room, without AC baby could not sleep properly. so requestd him to fix the ac at the earliest.
Atleast if the ac board which he took, if he has returned to me i would have fixed with some local vendor, now he has not returned the board so i have to purchase a new AC only.
I cannot see my 1year old baby suffer.
Initially he said 1200 will be the cost, and on 11th he told 3200 and on 13th he said 4000,
When checked this rating in uc app, similiar complaints are there against him.
In that case why the UC is providing job for this kind of person.
who is stealing others hard earned products.
I want strong action taken against the technican and the urban company who failed to address my issue.
I want a compensation for the sufferings i went thru and for the loss of my product
