Urban Company — Unsatisfactory work

I would like to detail it. Booked a service from my mobile app id [protected]@gmail.com and number is[protected]. I booked for cooler pump replacement. From the start of replacement pump starts to give electric current. On visit mr rohit verma told me to call his personal number in place o[censored]rban company for any complaint. I called him on 30 june 2020. He came and try to solve current but there was no result. After some day i submit abooking on 11 july 2020 time 9.30 am. He came and cancelled the booking from my phone that there would be no current.. Problem remained same with current. There after i resubmit complaint on 21 july he came try to solve problem but all was vain. Due to electric current there was sparking and fan is not working. My complaint no. Uc0a4cacaba09.
