[Resolved] Urban Company — Water purifier damaged during servicing

Water purifier was damaged by the technician while performing servicing. I am requesting for refund for my damaged parts. I have provided all the necessary details/quotation provided by the water purifier company for damaged parts. I am following up with customer care for weeks and months now to get my refund. I am not receiving any call backs or reply to my emails. Please help to get my issue resolved.

Why out of warranty case? I have been following up from April 12 when the issue happened and not getting proper response from your side. Your company is delaying the things and making this issue out of warranty. Need your immediate attention
