Urban Ladder — Delay Delivery | |
When I placed the order on 28th September in Urban Ladder, The delivery date of my furniture was 11th of October. But suddenly 11th of October I got a mail that the delivery would be delayed because of festivities & the assured delivery date would be 18th of October. I have mailed them many times regarding this but no one replied with the proper information (screenshot attached). The customer care service is pathetic, even in email also. Now a days I always prefer online shopping rather than retail shopping but never ever experienced like this. Please find a way out. Was this information helpful? | |
