Urban Company — I was charged the amount but there shows no booking

I wanted beauty services at my home. Selected the services and proceeded for payment. The amount got deducted from my account but they say the payment failed. I’ve attached the screenshot of the debited amount as well. This was the first time i had planned to use it and this was the feedback. Kindly refund my account as soon as possible as i’m no longer interested in getting any service. The app says ₹10000 insurance on online payment. Is this what you are providing to your clients?

I have did online payment through amazon... Even through I get cashback. And get the deduction message to urban clap. Still I haven't get any booking.

Did they refund?
I also have the same problem. Amount has been deducted but there is no booking in app
