Urban Company — incomplete services despite the full payment

I opted for one month (12 yoga sessions) from feb 5 2019 from urban clap.in between this one month session 1 day leave was taken by the trainer, 1 day she asked me not to do yoga and 1 day leave was taken by me. The scheduled completion was on mar 1 but due to the non-completion of the above three classes, it was scheduled to finish on mar 8. But i got a cut on my foot on feb 27, for which the doctor had to put a crepe bandage on it and instructed not to put any strain on the wound and keep it covered. So i was not able to take the classes and after multiple dressings the doctor took out the bandage on mar 7. When i asked the doctor if i can do yoga, she asked me to do it with a crepe bandage so that i have support and the wound doesn't get impacted. So i called up the trainer for the completion of the pending classes (4 classes) from the very next day (Mar 8) but the trainer informs that she will just take one class and can't do anything about the others as the stipulated time is getting over on mar 8 and this is the mandate from urban clap. So she said she can't do anything about it. Then i called up urban clap and had a call for 30 mins giving him the entire background and he told me that the trainer would come tomorrow and will speak with me as to how she can adjust the pending classes. Post my discussion with the trainer if the classes are still pending i can call urbanclap and they will give me the resolution. So on mar 8, the yoga trainer takes the class and tells me that she will see how she can take the remaining classes or if she can take at all and will confirm to me the next day (Mar 9). She leaves and after 5 mins she calls and tells me that she will take a class on mar 10. She doesn't confirm about the other classes on mar 9 so i was under the impression that post the mar 10 classes she will probably give the schedule for other two remaining classes. However, she takes the class on mar 10 and says that she will not take any more class as she has no time and i should call urbanclap and sort out my issue. So immediately after she went i put a call back request on urbanclap. Urban clap called me up after 30 mins and again i had to explain the entire incident to this new executive. She also informed me that there was no complaint raised on this before, which was quite surprising as i had called urbanclap and complained about this on mar 7. She raised my complaint and promised me that i will get the resolution by end of mar 10. At around 11.40 am i get a call from urbanclap escalation team asking me to again explain them the entire incident. He (Madhur singh) says that the best he can do is just arrange for one more class on mar 11 when i had one more class pending. He now comes up with a new rule that there is some 35 days warranty on services provided and my 35 days is getting over on mar 11. When asked about where it is written he says that it is on the website, when i said that there is nothing like that as i have checked on the service request as well as the invoice of the service, he said we don't mention this on email or invoices (All made-up stories). I also asked him to send me a mail with this policy but he denied to do that when it is customer's right when we are paying for that. I asked them to refund my money for one class, after mar 11 if they are not able to adjust it, but he denied saying there is no refund policy. So i would loose my money. While providing services take about all guarantee of best services but nothing when it comes to reality. Even he says that i denied to take the classes when i have an injury, which is still not healed and i am doing the classes with crepe bandage on it. Cheaters with planned gimmicks to earn money. Also the trainer who now talks about policies just one week back was trying to push me for extension of the sessions. When i told her that i might go out of the country, she was then telling me that no issues i can start the sessions ans she will continue when i am back. So where was these policies then, just to mint money from customers. Very disappointing with urbanclap and type of trainers they tie-up with. Heights of cheating.
