Your mechanic visited in april, 2019 to repair double door whirlpool fridge and change the compressor and gas and charged around inr 6500 (Invoice number 13758). The compressor is having one year warranty as per provided bill. It worked fine till 20th aug and facing issues from past 15 days where in deep freezer its cooling but not on lower part. We called the same mechanic who worked earlier and now he is saying that another part is damaged whose cost is inr 2000+. He mentioned that defrost system is not working whereas we have switch off the freeze the clear the ice and again started and in that case there should be cooling in lower part but its not there. There are many food items kept in fridge are not usable due to cooling issues. Request earliest possible support to fix the issue permanently.
