Urban Company — smart watch theft during carpet cleaning | |||
Hi Posting an incident about theft which happened during cleaning process via Urbanclap. Date:10/10/2019 Incident : Sofa and carpet cleaning was completed by 2 folks sent by Urban clap in about 1.5 hours between 1:00-2:20 pm. At around 4:30, I observed that my samsung smart watch was missing. After searching all over, I observed the last sync time of watch with phone marked at 2:22 pm. That confirmed the suspicion that urbanclap cleaner had picked it up after cleaning. I have already shared screenshots about last sync time with urbanclap. They have asked me to proceed with further legal complaint! Is this the way they plan to help? What kind of background they are doing ? Why did the send 2 people when their contract talks about one person to be sent? How are they going to reimburse me ? Was this information helpful? | |||
