Urbanic — Broken product | |
Order id:[protected] Ticket number: 1486974 I had ordered a necklace from urbanic two weeks back and I received it this week but it was broken. I sent a mail to the urbanic consumer service with the images of the bill, the broken product and all the packaging. They sent a mail saying that my issue has been resolved when they haven't done anything to resolve it. I want a replacement. Was this information helpful? | |
