Urbanic — Delay in shipping

I placed my order on 15th Aug 2021 and it says it will be shipped within 3 working days but it's been 9 days now and there's no update on my order yet, they don't provide any information on the emali too.Its a pre paid order and I'm highly disappointed in them.My last order with urbanic went fine but not this time.Kindly look into their services and resolve it please.

Updated by itsaena My order from urbanic hasn't been shipped even after 9 days of the delivery.I placed my order on 15th and till now there's no update on my order, I tried emailing them but no information was provided.Please look into it
