Urbanic — Delivery issue

I have ordered worth of 7000/- on 6th September and it's 17th September today and my things did not get delivered yet.
And there is no reply from customer support no details of my order. It keeps sending me texts saying order is getting delayed but without telling me the details of expected delivery date or others.
I tried reaching the customer support by mail by live chat but as usual no reply from them. I want my orders to get delivered as soon as possible.
