[Resolved]  Urbanic — Late in shipping and delivery

I've placed my order in 7th august. Its written in the app that it will be shipped with in 3-5 days but its been 9 days and still my order is not shipped. Expected delivery date of order is between 18th aug - 21st aug but after seeing its delivery process not even moving forward I doubt that they can even deliver me in this month. I've ordered it for my birthday and its really urgent for me. Plz help to resolve my problem. I want this order before 24th august.
