I ordered this dress and I doesn't like that dress I request to return and they collect that parcel but still they don't refund my money. I received that 31 aug and today 2 September. Plz refund my money back plzz🙏

I received a package with a missing product from urbanic india on 25th of Aug 2022. I immediately called the delivery executive to make sure he hadn't missed another package which he confirmed he had not. Then within 15 minutes I spoke to the customer service and logged a complain. I sent them every detail they asked including pictures of the package and all. They said I'll get a resolution within 24 hours. But since then all I received was a mail saying they will investigate the matter but till today I haven't received my refund or any concrete answers to my questions. everytime I try to talk to them they send me the same mail and ask me to wait for 24 to 48 hours. please help me bring this to light because this is not the first time I have immensely suffered under this company. their customer care is useless and they don't don't bother trying to provide a solution. Plzz I want my refund and I'll attached all the images related to the product. Plzz if possible refund my money back.
