Urbanic — Non delivery of pre-paid product

On 18 November 2021 I had placed an order for 2 dresses with and pre-paid for it. The website confirmed the order and generated an order number, with deliver promised between 28 November and 2 December 2021. A few days later, I tried to track the order, but the web page kept asking me to download their app, something I was not willing to do. I Googled a Customer Care number for the company and when I called them, the person insisted that I download the app from Google Play Store, without which he wouldn't entertain my call. I gave in and tried to download the app but Google Play Store had no such app. I called back the Customer Care and the person told me to give him remote access to my computer - something highly suspicious and unheard of, which I firmly refused.
On 1st December, one of the dresses was delivered. The delivery person told me that it's quite common for the order to arrive in instalments. However, the web page is showing both dresses as delivered (Screenshot attached). I sent a mail to [protected] on 4th December, but have yet to hear back from them.

This is a follow-up on my complaint about I had placed an order for 2 dresses. On 1st December, Plus Size Ruffle A-Line dress in green colour was delivered, but the other dress (Plus Size Belted Tunic Dress) was not. Their website shows this item to have been cancelled, though not done by me. Nevertheless, I would settle for a refund, which was promised to me within 3-5 working days. It's been 12 days since the delivery was made, but I'm still awaiting my refund. Please help me to ask for immediate action to reverse the charges on the Credit Card through which the payment was made.
I am reading a lot of complaints about non-refund from this company. I hope I will not have to join that chorus.

Today I received an email from [protected] informing me that they have refunded the money by crediting it to my bank account. They are lying, because I made the payment through my credit card and never shared my bank account details with the. How did they credit amount in a bank account that they have no information about? What's even more fishy is that they are asking for my bank statement! I would like everyone to beware of this company and never have any dealings with them.

On 21 December, I received this email from [protected]
"Our customer support has indicated that your concern has been Resolved. We hope we were able to answer all your questions and help resolve your concern. If you believe that your concern has not been resolved yet, please reply to this email to automatically reopen the ticket. If there is no response from you, we will assume that the ticket has been resolved and the ticket will be automatically closed after 48 hours."
I reverted to them on 22 December, "Your Customer support is lying through their teeth. I have received no reversal of charges on my credit card. You people are coming across as frauds and cheats. If you really and genuinely do not want to be seen as such, I would urge you to take immediate action and reverse the charges on my credit card."
There has been no response from them. Today again, I have sent them an email to follow up. is a total fraud and no one should get conned by them.
