Urbanic — Order Missing

I placed an order with them on 31st, 2021. The order is worth INR 12, 000. The products have not been shipped and it's a prepaid order. I have been following with them on emails multiple times. But i only get auto generated emails. They keep telling me there's a delay in delivery but no one is ready to give me an estimated delivery date. I have placed cash on delivery orders from them after that order and they have all been delivered on time.
They always delay prepaid orders but this is the limit. I'm sorry but it does not 26 days for an order with still no clue about the shipment details or where my order is.
