Urbanic — Order not even shipped yet

I placed an order on 5th September, while it was displaying the order would reach by 20th Sept it's not even shipped yet (as of 19th of Sept) I raised an issue and they said it's taking time due to the pandemic but the thing is it's not even shipped yet! It's my birthday next month and I feel really anxious if it'd reach me before that or not
