[Resolved]  Urbanic — Product hasn't shipped since 10 days

I had placed my order on urbanic on 14th july and the products were to be delivered between 23th july to 27th july. When I saw it still processing for 5 days after placing order I had sent a mail regarding the same to which they had reverted there was delay but to my utter shock it hasn't shipped yet and it's 23rd july and how is the product going to be delivered before the timeline if it hasn't been even shipped yet. I am worried cz it's my birthday and a very special occasion on 27th and 28th but now I doubt it they'll deliver it in their given time.
